Shipping policy

• PROCESSING TIME: Our time zone is based on PST (Pacific Standard Time) and all orders will be shipped within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day, typically Monday. (Business days exclude weekends and holidays.)

• SHIPPING TIME: Delivery times vary depending on your shipping address. Standard orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, while expedited orders arrive within 2–3 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

• DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is deemed lost if it remains in the postal system for 15 business days for US & EU orders, or 21 business days for international orders. While delays are rare, we cannot send a replacement until this waiting period has passed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier. • WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for all additional delivery charges to resend the order to the corrected address. We are not liable for any loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is inaccurate or incomplete.

• CHANGES & CANCELLATION: Cancellation requests can be made within 1 hour of placing the order (during business hours). After this period, you'll need to follow our return policy. Our customer support is available Mon-Fri 8 am to 4 pm PST for further assistance. You can contact us here.

 

Please note:
• During the holiday season (November and December), shipping times may be longer due to increased demand on both our website and with the carriers.
• Personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• If an order isn't collected from a local pickup point, it can be reshipped for an additional shipping fee. If a refund is requested for an uncollected order, the return fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• By placing an order, you acknowledge this possibility and agree that no claims can be made for missed deadlines. We encourage early ordering to ensure your gift arrives on time.
